Silver Point Holiday Club Scam

silverpoint holiday club boiler room, here they sell you the holiday club membership

This is the ´´ boiler room ´´ where they will try to take up to 2000 euro from your creditcard
as a downpayment for a ´´ trial ´´ period of a holiday club membership of 36 or 35 months.
remember that if you are stupid enough to sign a contract, the contract also needs to have
the proper papers to cancel the contract within 14 days after signing the contract without
giving a reason for the cancelation.
BUT!! NEVER!! perform a downpayment because you have 14 days to think about the
contract. ( Would you do the same at home?? ) dont´t think so !!

  1. They carry on where Resort Properties left off. They will not honour anything. They are offshore and cannot be touched. Let's just hope the they go down with economy. Just think to yourself, "What are you actually getting for your money?" Absaloutly nothing but a few worthless papers. The money only goes in one direction. Nothing ever comes out from them. They ar smug because, for the time being, they are sitting pretty.

  5. Well, well. Gulliver/Ora vacations is full of bad people. I don´t mension names, but they know themselves. How can they work such kind of moral, how can they meet people every day, how deep is their sleep and what do they see when they are looking themselves in the mirror every single morning. Warning: When somebody meets you in the street, say only don´t even try! Those people, who are selling vacation in the street, are people without any shame and honest. I lost them only 1500 euros, but that is money too. After that experience I always buy my holiday from travel agency in my homeland.

  6. We were scammed out of 2557 euros in GC by Orbit Travel running out of Club Peurto Atlantico in Arguineguin last month, It seemed so perfect for what we wanted till we got home and read up on the scam. We thought the credit card would protect us, but will have to wait and see as we have claimed under Section 75 but Im not hopeful. How can they be allowed to continue? Feeling duped and lied to :(

    1. We were in GC early January 2015 and signed up with Orbit Travel. They have promised us two cruises (Bahamas and Mexico) for 4 adults and 4 children all inclusive for 12 nights each, plus 6 one week holidays for 2 adults self catering. The total cost for this package was £3995. We have paid £1000 deposit and the rest in instalments of £150 per month. I have struggled to find any information about this company until finding this site claiming it is a scam. Please can someone explain exactly why it's a scam?

  7. orbittravel4u.com, if you have a membership then you will have your own individual login and password. They have an office in Arguineguin GC. That's as much as I know.
